Cloudy forest and bromelias blended with birds songs and the ethereal rumor of the wind dance over the branches and leaves of trees, did you get a mental picture of that? The trail snakes through Santa Fé National Park primary forest and take our steps high up to the 1424 meters summit of Cerro Mariposa. Expect to see butterflies, birds, reptiles, amphibious, mammal tracks and endemic vegetation. Views from the top are breathtaking and if the weather conditions are benevolent we may get to see the far north Caribbean coast line.
