Description:

William is a very nice guy, speaking some English, and he normally goes

with you on this trip. If he's not available and you absolutely want to go

anyway, you can... at your own risk!!!

Not that it is really dangerours, NO... the majority of the ride is on quiet

water, (except in the rainy season of course, when it maybe not

recommended going at all, ask us) with a few whirling rapids.

Of course, you can get some bumps but normally, never severe.

Otherwise, it is a very relaxing and nice way to discover the Santa Maria

River. If you wish to make your time, you can stop and rest at the numerous

little rock beaches you'll meet on the way.

Directions:

From the hostel, go down left to the supermarket (La Cooperativa), then

left againg towards the bus terminal. Then right, then left at the next

intersection, you'll probably see a sign "River Tubing" Go down to the

house and ask for William
